About the journal
As part of your participation in the study, on your visit to us we will be giving you a journal for the duration of the twelve week program. This journal has been adapted from the Menopause Made Simple book that will also be given to you on your visit.

The journal is a daily and weekly guide to the program. It includes lifestyle tips, record keeping and health information.
It also includes a weekly planner for exercise and a daily record for you to record your food (the phytoestrogens and calcium you consume) and drink intake (how many glasses of water you consume each day).
We ask that when you receive your journal, you set aside some time to sit down, put your feet up, have a cuppa and read through your journal. This will give you information about the twelve week program.
